My name is Rafał Bartosz Gruman and I am the founder of gruman.eu

Sporting Beginnings Sport has been my companion since the earliest years of my life. First as a competitor, then as a track and field coach and national team trainer in the combined events. This path taught me that true achievements are born from the combination of passion, knowledge and consistent action.

Experience in the Medical Industry In parallel, I spent years developing my expertise in the medical sector, specialising in technologies that support health, recovery and quality of life. My experience in an international environment — including work on projects related to product quality and sustainable development — gave me an understanding of global standards and best practices within the industry.

International Experience Collaborating with organisations such as Amazon provided me with insight into the practical significance of the balance between nature, technology and health — a perspective that today shapes the philosophy of my company.
